Recently, the "Aluminum Smelting Industry Safety Production Risk Control and Hazard Governance Regulations" compiled by Chinalco Mining Co., Ltd. was released on the "Henan Province Local Standard Public Service Platform". The enterprise standards of Chinalco Mining became the local standards of Henan Province. Safety management experience provides a basis for the aluminum industry in Henan Province. It marks that Chinalco has achieved phased results in risk management in recent years, and the level of safety production management has continued to improve.
In order to ensure the quality of the standard, create high-quality products, so that the standard is not only operable and reliable, but also can effectively guide the safety production management of similar enterprises, and can be widely promoted and applied by the same industry. Based on the improvement of Chinalco Mining's safety production work, the compilation team fully learns from and absorbs advanced risk management methods at home and abroad, modern safety management concepts and safety production risk management experience in the aluminum smelting industry, and proposes that aluminum smelting enterprises should use information technology for safety management , establish an information management platform for double prevention of safety production risk control and hidden danger governance, and integrate the experience of Chinalco Mining's "safety smart steward" into the standard, providing a basis for safety management to move towards informatization, intelligence, and efficiency.
The standard will be officially implemented on July 27, 2023. Chinalco's safety management standards will be extended to the entire industry, which will play a role in promoting the safe production of the aluminum industry.
